It’s the mid-90s, in rainy, Chinatown, San Francisco. Leo, Jian, and Gracie, are part of a for-hire hitman team. After a perilous evening, Leo’s partner is murdered in a bloodbath shootout and is entrusted to take care and mentor Gracie, his partner’s little sister. Gracie goes missing after an argument in becoming Leo’s new hitman partner and it’s up to Jian and Leo to find out if she’s dead or alive.
